- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- 1 carrot , finely chopped*
- 1 celery , finely chopped*
- 750g / ane.5 lb beefiness mince (basis beef)
- 1/4 loving cup (40g) flour (apparently / all purpose)
